Dear Mr. James E. Muellenbach III,
We are writing this letter concerning the loss of our female customers ages 30-49. We've interviewed several women and the main concern was the limited options for healthy food on the menu.
We would like to propose several options to regain these women customers. First we would like to hire Jayne Petersen, fitness guru and personal trainer for Opal Whitcomb, TV show host. We have also spoken to the top chef, Gerard DuBois, and he thinks healthier options on the menu would promote a more appealing Burger Planet.
Some of the new menu items would be: white chicken breast, fruit of all kinds, and gourmet salads. "There are a couple other new offerings, but these are the best ones to highlight. We did a lot of taste tests on them and they were popular with women," DuBois said.
We would also like to have our new menu items available by January 2007 "I emphasize a message of moderation. Women can have a burger and fries now and then as long as they are active and also try some of Burger Planet's exciting new menu choices, such as the fruit packages," Petersen said. We would like to hire Jayne Petersen by December 2007 to tour with Corny the Clown to promote a healthier lifestyle.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Bassett
