LOGAN, Utah – Preston Parker, founder of Cache Valley Investor Association, shares his advice on raising your income 15 to 20 percent per week. Parker will be holding meetings on these new concepts. Parker said, “I am sick of people saying they hate their jobs … you should go because you love your job.”

There are two types of income Parker explains: passive and earned. Passive income is what comes to you; earned income is when you do something to earn it. Investing is an example of passive income. Investing can be risky for a lot of people, but Parker believes it is more secure. Becoming more educated will lower the risk of investment. Parker is a great example of passive income. He became a millionaire in just six months and he wants to share his experience with others.

Parker is holding meetings to help one become more knowledgeable about investing their money. Meetings will be every Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Chamber of Commerce in Logan, Utah. From 7:30 to 8:30, Parker or another expert will instruct workshops on passive investment. Parker will stay around after the meeting to answer any questions people may have. The next meeting will be on Oct. 11, 2007, at 7 p.m.
