LOGAN, Utah - A preliminary hearing was held today for Jim Michaels. Michaels, 35, has been charged with two misdemeanors of breaking in and entering, vandalism and a felony charge of burglary. If convicted, Michaels could spend six months to one year in jail and a $5000 fine.
Jim Michaels was arrested at his home along with the other person involved in the burglary. The minor, whose name has not been released, and Michaels were apprehended by Sheriff Deputy Jeff Hasty. Police had received several tips that led police to the residence.
On January 31, an LDS Church was burgularized. Two CPU's were taken out of Bishop Lawrence Shirk's office sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Two monitors were destroyed in the hallway.

I just remembered that Jeff Hasty's name is actually spelled Geoff, I made the exact same mistake. I though that your explanation of the facts and your presentation was excelent. I also liked the pink type.
I really liked your story. The only thing I thought sounded a little off was your last paragraph. I think that if you had put it towards the beggining of the story it would have flowed better. It kind of sounded like you were starting a whole different story but great job!
