LOGAN, Utah – ABC Real Estate LLC, has introduced a new way to buy and sell real estate. This new way of real estate will make it affordable and simple for everyone in the community.

This company includes three separate beneficiaries. Investor beneficiary, credit beneficiary, and resident beneficiary. What makes ABC Real Estate different from other companies is the credit beneficiary. The credit beneficiary buys a house and puts the money into a trust. The resident beneficiary pays extra in rent but receives tax breaks. When the resident strops renting, they will get 10% of the money in the trust. “I want people to get out of bad situations.” Bret Cob, President of ABC Real Estate LLC, stated.

All of the houses ABC Real Estate purchase and sell have been built in the past five years. In the past these houses could only be purchased by the wealthy. Now the middle class and lower class have this option. “Personal interest is not the money, but in helping people out.” Cob States.
